Editorial policy for Aviator checks

I write this hardstand alone. Every fact on a ranking card must exist on the App Store listing I opened on the checked date.

What I check

Rating, ratings count, age rating, price model, approximate size, OS requirement, version string, and last update date when the store shows them.

What I never invent

Download counts, revenue, player counts, or privacy interpretations beyond the store labels. When the App Store hides a figure, I say so.

Re-checks

I re-open listings when I revise a review. The homepage and each card show the checked date — currently 28 October 2026.

Corrections

Email [email protected] with the URL and the field that changed. I update the page and refresh the checked date.
